Business Beans Perú SRL (Tax ID / RUC 20600960084), domiciled at José Leonardo Ortiz, Lambayeque, Peru, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through this website, in accordance with Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS.
2. Data we collect
Through the contact form we collect: name, company, country, email address, phone number, products of interest, and the message you write. Through the Virtual Complaints Book we additionally collect ID document type and number, address, and details of the product or service being reported, as required by the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 29571).
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data solely to respond to your inquiries and commercial quote requests, and to manage and respond to complaints or claims filed through the Complaints Book. We do not use your data to send advertising, nor do we share it for marketing purposes.
4. Retention period
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to handle your request and comply with applicable legal obligations, including the retention periods required for Complaints Books under consumer protection regulations.
5. Data processors and third parties
To send emails we use messaging service providers (our own corporate email and an external email delivery provider), which act as data processors under a confidentiality obligation. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for purposes other than those described here.

You may exercise your rights to access, rectify, cancel, and object to the processing of your data at any time, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to info@businessbeans.com indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your ID document.
